Needed qualifications and background:
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of CTA work experience in the Pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
• Good knowledge of ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Systematically performs activities in a timely and accurate manner
• Is accurate and have a high level of quality conscious.
• Is well organized and adaptive to change.
• Acts responsible and is able to work independently.
• Have integrity and makes use of common sense.
• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
• Good ability to express oneself both verbally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Good organizational skills.
• Have a service-minded approach
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Administrates and coordinates applications to the regulatory authority and ethics committees under supervision of CRA and CRM.
• Administrates, maintains and coordinates the logistics of the clinical trials according to GCP,SOPs and local Laws.
• Plan and organize Investigator meetings in cooperation with CRA and CRM.
• Assists in archiving of study documents in-house an on-site.
• Provide agenda, minutes and action points for meetings.
• Assists in the management of site budget activities
• Demonstrate willingness to take on any level project activity consistent with current or past experience in support of study delivery.
• Participate in company-required training/conference programs.
