hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Baltic Gateway Aktiebolag i Stockholm We are about to start recruiting our staff for the 2016 Turnaround Operations ( 16 turnaround dates in Stockholm from May 7th to Aug. 20th ? all Saturdays) . This staff could be assigned to work at Arlanda airport or at Stockholm cruise terminal.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Meet & greet passengers (Airport & cruise terminal)
Check-in/ Verification of documents (Cruise terminal .)
Support, guide and assist passengers to ensure the smooth running of their transfers (Airport & cruise terminal)
Support the luggage handling (Airport & cruise terminal)
Provide excellent customer service & answer to questions ALWAYS
CANDIDATE PROFILE - Italian or Spanish native speakers (or comparable level)
Previous experience in tourism and/or customer service is highly valued
Italian or Spanish (native language or comparable) + Italian/ Spanish or French at good communication level. English is a must and every other language is definitely a plus.
Highly customer focused, helpful and with excellent personal manners
Strong communication skills

Able to work under pressure
Positive and with a ?can do? attitude
Attention to details
Responsible and punctual
Able to work independently
For logistical reasons, it is essential that all staff have good availabilities with a minimum of 12 dates.
Before the beginning of the season all successful candidates will be invited to attend a training session about the duties specifics.
