Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cruise Hosts/Hostesses. As a Cruise Host/Hostess, you will play a vital role in providing information, selling tickets, and assisting with tours and excursions at the port and in the city. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide them with information about our tours, exursions including tour schedules and ticket prices.
Sell tickets for tours and excursions.
Assist guests with boarding procedures and provide guidance as needed.
Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticketing area and other designated work areas.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Sales experience and proficiency in handling transactions is desirable.
Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
