We are now looking for a
CRM Specialist to Husqvarna Construction in Gothenburg
Husqvarna Construction is a world leader in machines and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.
As part of the EMAL marketing team, managing implementation, functionality enhancement, user experience and increased business value making sure the investment in the Dynamics CRM platform is maximized in the EMAL region for Husqvarna Construction Division.
This role will be a key role in our sales transformation journey supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting successful Dynamics CRM usage, reviewing our business processes and aligning the Dynamics CRM solution to match business needs.
As a CRM Specialist
• you will translate business needs from the organization into technical information and liaise with Digital Marketing manager, GIS and CRM global technical team. You will plan and lead sub-regional Dynamics CRM system implementation projects together with regional/local sales organizations.
To do this you are working in close collaboration with regional managers, country managers, local customer service functions and Dynamics CRM super users for collecting business needs. You also work in close collaboration with the E-Commerce and Marketing functions to establish Dynamics CRM as the single source for customer digital touchpoints, including Social Media, E-Commerce and the Web
Part of your work is spotting ways to improve usage of the Dynamics CRM system through automating basic everyday tasks, troubleshooting user or software issues that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology. You will be the specialist responsible for providing training in all aspects of the Dynamics CRM system that and to prepare training manuals and other related training material
Who are you?
The ideal candidate has excellent understanding of sales and related commercial processes including marketing and how they interact with the Dynamics CRM system.
You have a university degree, or equivalent professional experience, and exellent oral and written communication skills in English.
You are a analytical self starter with a strong drive and a sense of urgensy.
It's an advantage if you have experience as a Dynamics CRM specialist in a client-facing role in top tier or similar consulting organization would be an advantage
Location
Jonsered, just outside of Gohtenburg. Within Husqvarna, we apply a hybrid work model.
