We are on the journey of creating better offers, products and ways to communicate with our customers. Customer relationship management is at the core of these efforts. That 's why we 're looking for a CRM Manager to drive our journey towards a more insight driven communication.

What you will get?

• Focus on digitalization: we are currently in the process of building a new CRM program including new tools and processes. The Stena Line strategy is to focus on digitalization and you will be the spider in the web for the Swedish market. If you like to develop further within the CRM & Omni channel discipline; this is the position for you! Digitalization is at the top of our daily agenda throughout the company and we have high ambitions. Our digital vision is to be the world's leading ferry operator powered by cognitive computing by 2021!
• A local market in a global company: you will be responsible for execution for the Swedish market and you will take part in the global CRM team, a highly skilled group of people working in 10 different markets who are happy to share their experiences with each other
• Passionate colleagues: the Swedish marketing team is a fun crowd of dedicated & skilled persons
• Fun products: We sell ferry travel and all that great experiences that comes with it. Who doesn't love to travel?

What will you do?
Your role as CRM Manager means that you are responsible for managing data driven customer insights in order to increase customer lifetime value. You'll also get the chance to use cool terms like marketing automation and omnichannel, but you will probably focus mostly on this:

• Plan and execute our direct marketing efforts on a daily basis
• Develop our CRM marketing automation processes
• Run our customer loyalty program, Extra: create offers, recruitment activities and be the internal ambassador
• Drive and actively distribute retention KPI 's and carry out analysis for customer retention

Who are you?

The perfect candidate is a combination of a true doer and insight driven analyst. Of course you have lots of great ideas on how to strengthen our customer bond and on how to approach the CRM-circus. You understand how digital media interacts and see the possibilities

The role as CRM Manager requires experience in CRM and Omni channel, web management and knowledge in Google Analytics. If you possess project management skills and content marketing experience you'll be the one for us.
