Being a CRM Campaign Specialist Our client is now seeking a Campaign Specialist, with experience from 1-1 digital marketing having the fundamental understanding of coordinating and executing digital campaigns and activities to drive retention. The aim is to provide best-in-class digital marketing communications to end consumers by delivering engaging, relevant, and timely content
Main tasks & responsibilities As a Campaign Specialist, you will be working within the CRM team, planning, coordinating and managing campaigns and activities in different channels and platforms; mainly email, push notification and the Members application. Your tasks and responsibilities include:
Hands-on daily operations to coordinate and ensure the best campaign executions
Working in the CDM team with ideation of activities and relevant projects to support retention
Working in strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including e.g. agencies and contact with the client's European head quarter).
Manage dashboard tools; creating weekly and monthly reports
Prepare and create presentations for follow up and insights
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities We are looking for a candidate with overall strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. More specifically, we are looking for someone who:
Has a creative mind in order to improve and develop the activities
Is a doer, detail oriented, proactive and is structured
Is interested in sales driven results and is a friend to Excel and Powerpoint
Speaks and writes Swedish and English
Has relevant higher education preferably within digital marketing, including search engine marketing and optimization in particular
Has experience with project management of marketing campaigns, including creation, coordination and implementation. It is a plus if you have experience with email and applications communication and marketing
