Responsibilities
As the Credit to Cash Analyst you will be responsible for the financial transactions related to accounts receivable. You will review and ensure that an accurate accounts receivable process is completed by the outsourced accounts receivable function - a shared service center located abroad. Tasks include coordination and guidance of the function and to ensure that relevant aspects of the A/R-process are focused on. You will be part of the Swedish finance team consisting of 8 people and report directly to the finance manager. Your tasks includes:
* Banking issues, operational cashpool administration and incoming and outgoing payments handling
* Accounts receivables issues: support customer service and other outsourcing partners in case of questions around cash application and collection
* Supervise and support the daily bank reconciliation process
* Prepare monthly tax payments
* Ensure proper documentation and archiving according to statutory requirements
* Take charge of the whole collection process including proactive reminding, bad debt provisioning, reporting, write-offs, setting credit limits etc
Qualifications
For this role we see that you are either newly graduated from the university (preferably within finance or accounting) or has previous experience from a similar position. You have the ability to see the big picture as well as you are accurate and detail oriented when necessary. This position includes a lot of contact with several parts of the organization, hence you have to be communicative, influential and fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Experience from SAP is an advantage.
