The employment is based in Stockholm but might also involve travelling to other Emric offices and customers. Emric has installations in 24 different countries, 60 individual banks and credit companies as clients and is the largest vendor in Scandinavia in its segment. Since September of 2016, we are part of Tieto Group.
The credit rules of a bank or other loan institutes are critical to their business. They will decide the balance between business and risk. At Emric, we have developed a credit rule engine that is state of the art, and a key component in our lending offer. The role includes understanding customer needs for credit rules, coordinating with the other development teams and implementing the rules in a graphical logic framework.
As a model developer you are part of a dynamic, motivated and highly skilled agile team, with great customer focus. You will manage planning, execution and reporting of implementation and testing activities to ensure deliveries of our credit handling solutions with high quality and customer satisfaction. You will interact with both internal and external stakeholders. We expect you to proactively manage and escalate risks and issues to project management.
We expect you to have
• Relevant education in the Computer Science field, minimum a Bachelor, preferably Master degree.
• Database knowledge, including SQL
• Interest in Business Intelligence and data analysis, e.g. Power BI
• strong communication skills in verbal and writing
• fluent Swedish and English language skills
Extra bonus if you also have
• Credit handling experience
• Credit application processing competence, e.g. within scoring or risk management
• Experience with Microsoft .net
• Programming skills
• Experience from software delivery in agile organizations
