Job Description
In this role you will be in charge of developing new process and routines with the aim to minimize the unpaid invoices. You will work internally with partners and externally with customers to resolve
aging and disputed receivable issues and to improve customer payment cycles. You will manage and guide staff in a professional manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that business controls and
processes are in compliance with audit requirements.
You will be part of our Finance team and report to the Accounting Manager.
Your profile:
You hold 2-3 years of working experience of a similar position. You also have experience of international and Corporate Credit Collection environments. It is important that you possess the ability to
pursue performance results in a dynamic environment. Strategic and tactical planning abilities are essential. Fluent English (oral as well as written) is required. Pronounced ability to work
professional and start projects independently is yet another requirement. You should have experience of working in an integrated Business system, good analytical skills and strong proficiency in
Excel.
The position demands customer service skills, focus on the customer and the ability to exercise and apply sound judgment in regards to moderate and complex business problems. You need to be able to
successfully do credit evaluation for the company's customers. It is also very important that you, at all times, are service minded and professional towards all internal and external parties of the
company, despite being under pressure.
