As Chief Product Officer/Head of Digital Products & Services, you are responsible for the packaging, sales, and delivery in this service area. You will be leading, developing, and growing an international team of Product managers, Project Managers and Strategists, be part of the company management team and report to CEO and owner Joel Rozada.
Our projects either focus on accelerating digital transformation, improving our clients' innovation efforts, or helping startups to become competitive and adapt to a more connected world. In all instances, we use creativity and technology to move towards a more sustainable and joyful world.
Developing and growing the team
You'll be the direct manager of your dedicated hands-on in-house team of Product Managers, Project Managers, and Strategists, retain and nurture the individuals by coaching them in their careers, setting the right compensation, and having overall personnel responsibility.
Your main responsibilities
• Grow and nurture your team of Product Managers, Project Managers and Strategists
• Secure Techno Creatives capability and delivery of successful digital products by establishing core processes, tools, and methodologies
• The offering and the sales within Digital Products & Services
• Act as a thought leader externally in meetings with clients, partners, and external settings
• Improve and grow our products and services (user retention, user growth, etc)
• Share best practices within and outside the product team
Your skills and abilities
We are happy to consider candidates with previous responsibility for strategic product decisions, product design, and product development experience across different industries.
• Experience in leading and developing teams and individuals
• Digital product strategy with follow-through on product execution & traction
• Leading product team from product initiation to launch
• Leading product team driving growth and product improvements
• Experience in developing new digital products
As Chief Product Officer/Head of Digital Products & Services, you have a great portion of analytical and logical thinking and prioritize both team and projects. You are keen to find solutions, and define and enable intersecting collaboration across seniority, skill, and competence levels. You care for yourself, the team, individuals, and the company showing both compassion as well as business and product acumen - understanding what is driving holistic value in a profitable manner, stakeholder priorities, and alignment.

Who are we? Well, imagine a whole studio filled with incredible minds and quirky but amazing personalities!
As our name states, we do tech in creative ways with global companies, but that's not all. We also run ventures and platforms, one example of a successful company that started out as a venture here is Bokio. Two cool partnerships that we've been working on lately; first a self-driven electric vehicle together with Baidu, which is now used in several parks in China enabling accessibility in parks. The second is a rental service for electric vessels, based on our own IoT platform, for the US market, making the boating experience accessible by disrupting the ownership model.
The Techno Creatives is a creative tech house merging strategy, design, and technology working towards our vision to be the home of disruptive innovative products and services.
