AdSalsa is one of the leading companies in Europe within offline and online marketing techniques!

We are an online marketing company with headquarters in Spain and offices in nine countries around the world. We help our clients with lead generation, marketing, SEO and market research. Now we are focusing on the Nordic market and plan to open a head office in Gothenburg. 

We are therefore, together with Oddwork, looking for Nordic-speaking (Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and/or Swedish) Country Managers who will be responsible for operations towards their respective countries within the Nordic region.

About the position as Country Manager at AdSalsa
In your role you will lead, create and develop sales and business opportunities along with the Country Managers for the other Nordic markets. Your main responsibility will be finding new sales opportunities, contact new customers but also develop relationships with existing partners. The role primarily consists of contact with customers over the phone and in email as well as in meetings. In addition, you are responsible to find fairs and exhibitions suitable for AdSalsa. You create your own work structure and use your business understanding to build long-term customer relationships that lead to profitable partnerships.

You will work to achieve challenging profit and sales goals and you strive for further development regarding yourself as well as the company. As you will work from the Nordic head office in Gothenburg, Sweden and will be responsible for any of the Nordic markets, travelling will be a natural part of your daily work. The position starts with introduction and training at AdSalsas headquarters in Alcoy (which is located between Valencia and Alicante) in Spain. Here you will learn everything there is to know about AdSalsa and quickly become a part of the team.

We are searching for you who:
• has a good sense for business and a passion for sales. You are a team player but also like to work independently. Your energy, creativity and ability to think rapidly make you suitable for a role with a high work rate. As a person you are social, representative and professional in your sales. Your determination and focus will allow you to benefit working towards ambitious sales results. You see potential in developing yourself as well as AdSalsa and are ready to invest to achieve your goals!

It is positive if you have experience and knowledge of marketing and/or sales from previous work positions. In this role, your knowledge of any Nordic language is essential - you handle Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and/or Swedish and English fluent, spoken as well as written. As travelling will be a part of your daily work we are looking for you who enjoy being on the move. It is an advantage if you have a driving license.
