How's your workday?
In this role you will be the driving force for the company's Finnish operations. As part of the role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
To achieve this you annually develop a marketing plan in conjunction with the team - this should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives and push your territory and products forward, working with all departments for execution. In order to identify market requirements for current and future products, you conduct market research and analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines. All marketing activities are of course delivered within the agreed budget.
Through media planning and by making media negotiations, you achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media. You evaluate customer research; market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. You and your team are also monitoring forums and communities and make sure that the social media channels for the Finnish market are up to date.
Your experience has allowed you to have a good understanding of the Finnish market, of how businesses operate internally and you get a buzz from building positive working relationships with multiple teams. By valuing others and through effective communication you build trust among your team members.

You will need to have exceptional client service skills along with a proven track record of managing successful and profitable relationships in a similar role. Preferably you have worked in both a casino and Sportsbook environment.
To take on this role, we see that you have worked in a similar role and in marketing for more than two years will have a great foundation to work from in this role. You have a good overview of opportunities for exposure in Finland, not to mention a good knowledge on Finnish affiliates.
You are used to handle marketing budgets of +£1m and you are flexible with regards to travelling between offices and other places. Excellent analytical and Excel skills are also needed here.
As a person, you are innovative, motivated and, of course, excellent at what you do. We hope that you are a service minded, thorough and a positive person, with a real can do attitude. Where others see problems, you see solutions! Preferably you are also sociable, fun and comfortable working in a fast paced team environment.
