The first Kamux car showroom was opened in Finland in 2003 and today Kamux has 34 car showrooms in Finland, nine car showrooms in Sweden and it opened its first car showroom in Germany in December 2015. Since its incorporation, Kamux has sold more than 110,000 used cars. But the story has only just begun! Low market shares both in Finland and Sweden, not to mention Germany, provide significant growth opportunities in current markets and future markets. Kamux?s strategic goal is to become the #1 used car retailer in Europe.
In 2015, Kamux Group's turnover was approximately 310MEUR with about 28 500 cars sold. For 2016 Kamux is targeting sales of over 400MEUR. The company employs approximately 270 professionals. The company?s founder Juha Kalliokoski is Kamux Group CEO.
In Sweden Kamux is growing fast, from 7MEUR in 2013 to 50MEUR in 2015. During past three years there has been continued top line growth and target is to reach profitability during 2016.

Country director
The County Director of Sweden is responsible for running and growing the business. Around 80% of the personnel are sales people: Area manager(s), sales managers and sales personnel. Area managers, operative marketing and financial manager report directly to the Country Director. Total number of personnel is in Sweden is around 40 and growing.
Most important external stakeholders are auto finance companies, insurance companies and companies Kamux buys cars from. Country Director reports to Kamux Group CEO and is a member of Kamux Group management team
The primary responsibilities of the Country Director are:
• Responsible for the business results of Sweden and operational management of the company
• Responsible for the fulfilment of the legal responsibilities and obligations of Kamux Sweden
• Deliver the growth and profitability plan determined by the Kamux Group Board in Sweden
• Understand the local market and adapt Kamux ways of working to local market
• Builds Kamux brand and awareness in Sweden
Key performance indicators are:
• Sales growth
• Operating profit
• Inventory turnover
• Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
The needed professional skills and experience can be summarized as follows:
• Experience in leading a chain store business
• Managing sales and sales personnel
• Communication- and negotiation skills
• Big picture thinking and seizing opportunities. Quick business mind to see relations and cause & effect of matters. Ability to take immediate actions be it praise or corrective measures.
• Understanding of the local market and culture
• Strong quantitative skills
• Swedish and English language skills
