Are you a business minded engineer that likes to analyse numbers and keep track on cost and the financial details in engineering? Then Tetra Pak has got the job for you! The position is placed within Carton Economy that produces cartons for the emerging markets. For us, the coming years will be coloured by building platforms with complete packaging lines for our aseptic filling machines. Your team will be Performance and Maintenance Support. We are a small team that provide recommendations for maintenance and specifications for efficiency of Carton Economy equipment. We work in close partnership with customers around the world thereby ensuring that the quality, cost and performance of Carton Economy equipment is tracked and secured. Based in Lund and travelling 20-30 days/year you will have a great impact on the achievement of this. Your overall task will be to support decision making within and beyond Carton Economy regarding strategic choices and specific projects. Doing this, your main responsibilities will be to: - Analyse customer system cost and customer operational cost - Perform value chain cost analysis - Act as Carton Economy interface to Tetra Pak's central team for cost analysis and financial evaluation - Be responsible for consolidation and coordination of specifications data and operational cost enquiries on Carton Economy equipment
Qualifications
You are driven, trustworthy and possess good people skills which make it easy for you to build relations. Your analytical and accurate approach enables you to grasp the big picture and capture the interconnectedness between multiple variables. Your communication is clear, direct and characterised by a good listening ability which ensures that the message is accustomed to the receiver. You have 3-5 years experience with engineering and a good mechanical understanding. In your previous occupation you have gained good experience with cost analysis in connection to engineering. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in projects and knows your way around MS Project. You hold a technical university degree and have a high proficiency in English, both written and spoken. .
