Due to a temporary project within the Company we are now looking for a consultant that during a period of time can take on the operational activities within the Travel Department. This is an interim position and the assignment will last for 3 months with a chance of renewal depending on how long the project will continue.
What you 'll do
Operational work with the Travel AgencyOperational weekly and quarterly status meetingsFollow up of statistics and reportingSupport in special travel arrangements (VIP, expeditions etc)Ad hoc questionsManage and evaluate performance of travel suppliers such as air, rail, lodging and car rental program, as well as travel agencyFirst line support within the Business Travel areaCommunication/publication of Business travel information via relevant channelsCooperation with Corporate Security and Crises Management TeamCooperation with Finance and Purchasing within the Business Travel Area
You and your skills
University degreeExperience of working with travel agenciesWorking in a global environment is beneficialFluent in English, verbally and writtenSwedish is not a requirement but meritorious
On a personal level
Strong communication skills, you will have both internally and externally contactsAbility to work both in teams and independently in a fast pace environmentStrong ability to organize multiple tasks, structure, plan and get things doneProactive approach with ability to prioritize to deliver on commitments with tight deadlines
