Corporate Audit (CA) is the internal audit function of the Ericsson Group. The head of CA also reports functionally to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of LME. CA performs audits and provides assurance to the Management and Board regarding the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and governance processes.

Corporate Audit is responsible for conducting internal audits within the Ericsson Group. The overall objectives of the audits are to:
• Determine whether Ericsson Group Policies and Directives are adhered to
• Determine whether there is a satisfactory level of internal control in the processes and whether major risks are being properly managed and
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and operations

The Internal audit units are responsible for the following activities;
• Plan and execute risk-based audits in line with the yearly audit plan approved by the Audit Committee
• Follow-up of management actions based on concerns raised in audits and regularly report the progress to the Audit Committee


The Information Security audit team consist of experienced employees with backgrounds in IT/telco operations, IT- security and Information Security.



We are now looking to strengthen the Information Security audit team with one Corporate IT auditor responsible for conducting Information Security audits leading to sustainable change across the Group.



Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, lead and execute Information Security and Information systems related audits
• Add value to Group management by assessing end-to-end Ericsson Information Security Management System (ISO27001), processes and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk
• Participate in Risk Assessment activities to ensure effective risk based auditing
• Manage multiple audit projects per the defined Audit process including follow-up and reporting
• Actively drive and support desktop audits including use of IT audit tools for system analysis
• Work with Corporate Audit team members, external auditors, Group Security, IT management and other relevant units to maintain and effectuate a risk-based internal Information Security audit strategy that complies with audit professional standards and Ericsson Information Security Management system based on ISO27000 including the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley (IT Key controls)
• Maintain and continuously develop business process, Information Security, Information Systems and audit skills consistent with the company's professional development requirements and in line with Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS)
• Stay updated on technology development within the Group
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Experience from operational work within IT and/or telecom operations and/or IT and Information Security
• Experience from internal- or external audit
• CISA certification and ISO27001 lead auditor certification or equivalent experience
• Highest level of integrity
• Fluent in English
• Possibility to travel



Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years working experience from a big international organization
• ITIL certification or experience
• Excellent communication- and social skills
• Good understanding of the Ericsson organization
• Open minded and ability to see things from an objective point of view
• Very good presentation skills
• Great team player
