hela Sverige Corporate Finance is a function at the Volvo Group Headquarters. The department is focusing on issues relating to strategic financial risk, capital structure and management as well as responsibility for M&A projects. Corporate Finance is looking for a candidate for the position as associate.
At Corporate Finance you will be part of a highly skilled team of professionals who work with passion and embrace change to stay ahead. As a team member you will have the opportunity to work in close co-operation with other teams within the different Truck organizations, Business areas and other functions at AB Volvo which will give you an excellent understanding of our business.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop the capabilities of Corporate Finance in the field of measure value and manage valuations
• Participate in financial projects, M&A projects and similar activities
• Prepare decision material within financial risk management.
• Peer group performance analysis
• Competencies and profile:
• Experience of corporate valuation
• Minimum 2 years of working experience from an Investment Bank, M&A advisor or similar
• Structured and analytical
• Business-minded and customer oriented.
Technical/Functional/Language Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Very good ability to use different PC tools.
