In this role you will drive and establish internal communication channels as well as to develop corporate content with the right tone of voice for both internal and external audiences. Another important task is to support various internal projects as Communication Business Partner. Strong emphasis will be on supporting the build-up of the new company by developing, managing and implementing change communication.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Take ownership for the intranet & act as Chief Internal Editor
• Create and publish content to all internal communication channels
• Publish and proof read various internal communication material
• Create internal presentation material such as Corporate presentation, CEO presentations etc.
• Support major corporate projects within the new company as communication business partner
• Manage corporate content updates of the external website
• Develop media and press release policies/guidelines and safeguard that they are known and followed in the organization
• Create, review and proof read press releases and various corporate communications material
• Manage the media news flow and media monitoring
In addition you will be supporting various corporate projects and events, such as the Annual Report. You will also be responsible for building quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
The position is located at the head office in Malmö and you will be reporting to the VP Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. Since you will have a global scope, international travel is part of the role.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for you to have the following background and experience:
• An academic degree or equivalent within the area of journalism or communication
• Proven experience from working with writing/editing in an international company - writing and proof reading skills (minimum of 3 years)
• Experience from working cross functionally.
• IT skills working with various Office-programs and Web Content Management systems
• Business acumen and understanding of business context to create appropriate communication - knowledge on how to create relevant and good content including key messages.
• It is a merit if you have experience from working in organizations undergoing transformation and change, as well as working with executives.
• Knowledge and/or experience from the healthcare industry is beneficial
• Preferably native English and good knowledge in Swedish, both written and spoken
The successful Corporate Communications Manager is likely to be a self-motivated team-player with an open attitude, a doer mentality and high levels of energy and motivation. Furthermore it is important that you have good communication and networking skills, being able to interact and forming strong partnerships. Acting with integrity, you easily build trust and commitment. Being used to working in a changing environment, managing multiple tasks, is also a key factor to succeed in this role.
