As a Corporate Communications Manager at Perstorp you are responsible for developing and driving communication with/to employees and external stakeholders. You will have the overall responsibility for translating the corporate agenda into relevant content for various communication channels. Media is your best friend and you build and maintain these relationships with care. You will lead and drive many corporate communication projects and activities, and will also have a responsibility for developing and maintaining effective ways of working for Corporate Communications.

Organizationally Corporate Communications is part of Communication and Sustainability. In total we are 12 colleagues working across the areas of corporate communication, market communication, market intelligence and sustainability. You will be part of a team which is reforming its way of working and we hope you would like to be a contributor to our future state as a business enabler.

Would you enjoy?

• Driving the Corporate Communications work to raise Perstorp's profile to Perstorp's employees and external stakeholders
• Conduct and adhere to target group analyses and develop corporate key messages and content accordingly
• Define and maximize PR and media activities, including content development and optimized fit for Perstorp's channel mix.
• Identify relevant strategies and messaging to reinforce and support Perstorp's corporate strategy, internally and externally
• Drive and integrate the corporate sustainability communication for all channels
• Drive and support internal change communication in alignment with strategic direction and business needs
• Support crisis communication, internally and externally, in development, deployment and training of crisis communication plans
• Serve as back-up for social media publishing, responding and optimizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and/or relevant education.
• Experience from corporate communications in international businesses
• Digital savviness
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English

You also need to

• be able to kill your darlings in projects and processes and quickly adjust to new pre-requisites and objectives
• plan and drive your work independently while at the same time being a true team player who enjoys reaching goals together
• have the ability to quickly analyze and summarize complex matters
• be service minded and attentive to stakeholders' needs
• build and maintain strong relations and networks internally and externally

Other information

The position is placed at the head office in Malmö or in Perstorp and travelling between the offices will be required on an as-need basis. You will report to the VP Corporate Communication Programs, and be part of a strong, fun and dynamic team working with all aspects of communication.
