Scania Financial Services (SFS) is serving Scania customers, dealers and distributors in 54 markets through 15 captive business units by offering competitive and innovative financing and insurance solutions. Over 800 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of more than 100.000 trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing around 55 bn SEK of assets.

The aim for SFS is to become a true and integrated part of the Scania Solution Sales offering by developing customer satisfaction and loyalty while adding values to the stakeholders and customer's customers when living the Scania Experience.

At the SFS Head Office located in Södertälje, a team of 8 specialists drive and coordinates the business development. This team consists of 3 subgroups: Customer Insurance, Marketing & Communication and Solution Sales. The work is conducted very cross-functional with large contact areas against our business units and markets, local market companies, segment groups and other product areas within Sales and Marketing. The role is a permanent position. Your report to the Head of Business Development.

For the Marketing and Communication group we are recruiting a "Coordinator of Market Introductions and MarCom, Scania Financial Services"

The role of the Coordinator of Market Introductions and MarCom at Scania Financial Services is to coordinate the definition, development, implementation and roll out of the marketing and communication strategy and related activities for Finance and Insurance products and services within Scania Financial Services (SFS) and to align and integrate this with the rest of the Scania organization.

You will, among other things be responsible for ensuring that all information our business units and markets need is available at the right time when Scania is coming out with new products, and at the same time ensure that existing information always is up to date.

Role description
Your key responsibilities are the following:
• Coordinate Market Introductions and projects related to MarCom
• Coordinate MarCom activities, both external and internal, in order to provide our business units and markets with clear strategy, guidance, support and tools to develop local activities and materials
• Support our business units and markets in MarCom related issues by being their bridge towards other organizations within Scania
• Cooperate and provide demands towards relevant organizations within Scania such as Marketing Communication, Corporate Relations, Scania Academy, Commercial Operation, market contacts and others
• Ensure optimal usage of central technical platform and available internal channels (Reflex, Team room, Inline, newsletters) in order to reach internal stakeholders with the right message to the right person, at the right time thru the right channel
• Optimize internal communication efficiency by providing guidance and support to the information owners and to the recipients and support FS strategic goals

Your profile
• Proven experience and skills in the area of Marketing and Communication on strategic as well as operational level
• Coordination skills
• Ability to steer international multicultural project teams
• Strong project and process management skills. Organized. Factual
• Team player, proactive, looking for synergy and win-win solution, flexible, open minded
• Business driven with a clear customer focus
• Your English is excellent, other language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of Scania's products and services is a plus
