hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Restaurang Godt På Djurgården AB i Stockholm Work task will include preparation and cooking a variety of foods such as meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts, sandwiches, salads, or any other meals and baked goods as specified in the restaurant 's menu or similar, preparation of the partial meal components, help in the kitchen, and sauce preparation. The task may also include storage and handling of the food, supervision of the expiry dates, monitoring of the food quality, setting up the kitchen for daily activities, assisting with preparation and transition for next cook. The task may furthermore include supervision of the kitchen staff in meal preparation and cooking, and also in the cleaning of the kitchen and other areas where the food is being stored and/or prepared.
We are looking for a responsible person, who enjoys working in the kitchen with good communication skills. You should have an ability to work under time pressure and a good hand-eye coordination, sense of smell and taste, and a good stamina (ability to stand on your feet for a longer period of time). You should comply with high hygienic standards and enjoy working both individually and in a team. You should have great customer service skills, and be able to receive and comply with customers' special requests and complaints.
The restaurant provides an enjoyable working environment in a nice setting. We are located in a unique villa, a former private residence built in 1874. The restaurant has a good reputation and is providing great quality and environment to both employees and guests.
