hela Sverige We are now looking for a Controlling Manager to join our Nordic Finance organization
Job Description
In the role as Controlling Manager you and your team will be responsible for reporting and analysis of the Nordic organization in close collaboration with colleagues in the Finance organization and you will report to the CFO. Your team consist of four people where three of them are controllers and one on an internship. Däckia has been a part of Pirelli since 2012 and we are located in joint premises in Kista Science Tower since 2020, and you will therefore work with both companies.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Monthly reporting
• Analysis
• Forecasting
• Participating in the annual budget process
• Follow-up of KPIs
• Presentation of analysis to management
• Ad hoc reporting and internal follow-up
• Development of reports
• Lead and coordinate the operational work for the team on a daily basis
Who are you?
You have a university degree and at least 5 years of related work experience. You also have to have at least 2 years of experience as a manager. You are used to change management and to work in an international organization. It is of importance that you have experience from a fast-moving company. You are an advanced user of Excel and if you also have knowledge in SQL, Navision and SAP, this is an advantage. You are fluent English both verbally and in writing, and Swedish skills are a plus.
To succeed in the role, you have to be both proactive, structured and always looking for efficiencies in what you do. You are an analytical and flexible team-player and you must thrive in a fast-moving environment. Above all, you are a person with a good business understanding who wants to be a part of driving the business forward and values the importance of having fun at work.
