Munktell Filter AB now seeks a
CONTROLLER
The main objective of the position is
To manage and perform financial and controlling tasks for Falun and Grycksbo plants. Key role in supporting plant management and member of the plant management team. The position also includes responsability for supporting other Munktell companies as well as financial administration of the Munktell AB legal entitity.
Main responsibility areas:
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
• Manages annual planning and forecasting processes
• Manages the finance & accounting/IT/HR department
• Responsible for inventory valuation and accurate product cost data(standard costing). Ensures accuracy of production data from operations and analysis production variances.
• Manages plant's working capital. Ensures focus on fixed costs analysis and identifies cost saving opportunities.
• Provides capital investment analysis and control.
• Provides support for plant supply chain organization
• Oversees and implemement necessary internals (SAP, authorizions, etc)
• Strong involvement in IT developments/improvements of the plant
• Involvement in continuos and safety improvement programs and initiatives
• Monitors and enforces Group policies and procedures
• Other responsibilities as required
Education, qualifications and skills required:
• University or business school degree in accounting, finance controlling or cost accounting.
• At least three years work experience as Controller or Finance Manager
• Proficient with SAP, Excel and IT tools in general
• IFRS knowledge combined with experience on working in a global company preferred
• Ability to learn and work with software systems (SAP, HFM etc)
• Systematic and precise with numbers
• Proven teamwork skills and ability to work in a flexible manner under pressure within tight deadlines
• Excellent professional, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and statistical skills
• Experience in a team-based environment
• High-level of initiative and independence in managing responsibilities
• Languages: Swedish, fluent in English, German/French skills are beneficial.
• The job requires the candidate to be located at the Falu plant
