Business Control:
• Prepare & distribute monthly report package
• External reporting of P&SE KPIs
• Follow up on delivery against SLA
• Incident & Problem Management Reporting Monthly and YTD
• Release Status & Quality
• Continuous follow up on license & maintenance fees
Financial Control:
• Prepares budgets and forecasting
• Participates in close calls
• Invoice control (vendors, ongoing business etc.)
• Secure that costs are accounted correctly
• Preparation of allocation and distribution of information to markets for forwarded costs such as telco's & licenses
• Operational financial control of M2M communication.
• Operational financial control of vendors & contractors - matching invoices with quotes/contracts
The right person has a good understanding of business and financial analysis, P&L follow-up and the ability to handle and interpret large quantities of data. As a person you are curious, creative and analytical with a strong drive combined with a capacity to make decisions even without access to the complete picture. You have the ability to create good relationships across the organization and an interest in business and people. You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines.
You have an academic degree, preferably in business administration and at least three years of experience in a similar role within business and financial controlling. You have interest and knowledge about IT and it is a merit if you have experience from a similar role within IT Operations organization.
