The responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, financial and staffing administration and developing presentation materials and reports to board, investors, customers and partners.
The controller will also have the responsibility for
• Maintenance of contracts and employee files
• Employee compensation and benefits administration
• Payroll supervision (time and attendance records)
The controller will also develop controls and processes for
• Inventory management (supplies and equipment) of the clinics
• Procurement
We look for a person who is a self-starter, focuses on the tasks at hand and needs little supervision.
Requirements:
Master's degree in finance/accounting or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent IT and documentation skills (MS Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
Fluent in English, both oral and written (Swedish and Finnish languages are valued).
Ability to work under tight schedules.
Analytical mindset and attention to details.
Ability to learn fast and enjoy constant development.
Knowledge of accounting and reporting procedures is an advantage.
