Ardendo is the Swedish subsidiary of Vizrt and is focusing media management for the broadcast industry. Our product range includes tools for simplifying the work at TV stations, which means digitizing material, managing the media, video editing, and archiving. Broadcasters all around the world are using our products behind the scenes.
We are the largest office within Vizrt, and have been going through a rapid growth the last few years. Satisfied reference customers and strong partnerships have given us a growing number of customers and business opportunities all over the world. With a current staff of 90, we are continuing to expand to meet the requirements imposed by an increasing international customer base.
We are now looking for a controller based in Stockholm. As our controller you will be responsible for preparing our financials for quarterly reviews and annual audits according to US-GAAP. You will be the contact for the auditor. You will be involved in projects status and their reflect on the revenue recognition. In addition you will be in charge of all other tasks that naturally sorts under the finance department such as budgeting, tax, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, cash management and liquidity planning etc. Two trained bookkeeper will be reporting to you.
Qualifications:
• Relevant degree in Economics, with an accountant or economist profile
• Knowledge and experience in US-GAAP
• Experience from a finance department or working for an accounting firm dealing with high tech companies
• Experience as an industry controller
• Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken. English is our corporate language, hence fluent English is an absolute requirement. Basic skills in Swedish are needed for communication with Swedish authorities.
