About us
VFC Business Control is a group of six employees within VF Finance & Business Control, Production and Logistics. Our group is working with financial reporting, consolidation and analysis of production costs are key elements together with calculation vehicles, investments, delivery values including mark-up, KPIs and IT projects. VFC is also coordinating principles, processes and systems for all of Scania's production units. The final results of all effort put in are top-of-the-line analyses presented for Corporate Control and the management teams of Production and Logistics.
Job description
Scania's financial model includes internal transfer pricing of the produced vehicles and components in the industrial system which creates strategic steering effects for Sales & Marketing. The transfer pricing is based on a price list of production costs, material costs and overhead costs, which together with markup creates the base cost. In this position, you will further develop the principles for delivery values and markup in collaboration with Head Controllers within Production & Logistics and Sales & Marketing.
Main tasks include:
• follow up and analyze the monthly internal invoicing process
• coordinate and analyze price updates in product introductions
• coordinate and analyze yearly updates of delivery values and mark-up
• super-user responsibilities for Calsium (transfer price system)
• take part in projects concerning transfer pricing and other projects
• support the Production & Logistics management with ad-hoc questions
• drive and implement improvements
Your profile
You have an academic degree in Finance/Business and/or Industrial Engineering. Work experience within Finance/Business or Industrial Engineering is an advantage but not required. Knowledge of Scania's product structure is a merit.
You are independent, structured and analytical. You enjoy being an expert and to investigate matters when needed. In this role you will be in contact with many other functions and finance professionals, therefore communication skills and collaborative skills will be important in order for you to succeed in this role.
