We are on the hunt for a great team player with previous experience working with financial business processes, internal controls, financial audit or accounting. In short, someone who knows how to run an efficient and effective finance operation.
We believe that you have an academic degree in economics and are used to working with reporting and accounting applications. It is beneficial if you are an experienced user of Xledger as well as Excel, Harvest and Hogia.
The role requires you to have a service- and solution-oriented attitude and ability to communicate clearly with internal and external parties, as well as being meticulous, structured and analytical.
What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Controller who can take responsibility for the company's financial function, from accounting to financial management.
• Prepare and oversee our budgeting and forecasting.
• Consolidate and analyse financial statements and results, and handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Handle our invoicing, receipts and payments, and follow up on any deviations.
• Carry out tax and VAT reporting and payments.
• Work closely with our project leaders and CEO to help drive execution.
• Liaise with stakeholders and agencies.

This position is full-time and based in our Gothenburg office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). For this position a Swedish work permit is required. We do not offer relocation assistance or Visa sponsorship.
