The position is responsible for managing customer contracts within Cargotec Sweden Bulk Handling AB. The position reports to the Manager for Contract Management.
Key accountabilities
Responsible for driving customer projects from signing contract until warranty time has expired including:
• Making sure all contractual demands, technical, financial and administrative are fulfilled.
• With cost awareness carry through the project within the set time frames and financial goals.
• Be responsible for all contacts with customer
• Making sure all participants in the project group carry through his/her responsibility according to plan
• According to time frame carry through the customer project and fullfill demands set up in contract regarding delivery time and quality
• Continuously risk analyze the project and keep feed back log updated
• Plan needed resources together with departments involved.
• Report any deviations from project calculation and/or contract, actual as well as suspected, to own manager and financial director, when needed or on monthly based contract management meetings
This is an opportunity to work with an international business in an evolving and changing environment, alongside colleagues from a range of disciplines. The successful candidate will have a degree at university level in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience combined with experience in contract management and in working internationally.
Candidates should be self motivated, open-minded, sociable team players, well able to cooperate with employees from other departments and with our customers and suppliers. A good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required.
