Contract Administrator Metal Sales
Temporary position, placed in Stockholm.
Are you a service minded person that likes progress and development just as much as numbers and accuracy? We are strengthening our Contract Administrator team for Metal Sales and this might be a job for you!
The Metal Sales department handles Boliden's sale of finished metals - copper, zinc and lead. The Contract Administration team consists of one team in Stockholm, one in Germany and one in the UK.
Task and duties
As a Contract Administrator at Metal Sales, you will
Coordinate the order to cash process with customers, smelters, forwarders, your colleagues in the CA team and sales managers.
Have close contact with both external and internal customers.
Participate in continuous improvement and other process development (Metal Sales has recently implemented new ERP and planning systems).
Handle Sustainability related matters
Handle of customer complaints
Work in accordance with Boliden's values: care, courage and responsibility.
Education and qualifications
You have graduated (eg Master in engineering or finance) or you have experience from international trade.
You are a team player and you enjoy many different tasks and can handle stressful situations.
You need to be accurate with numbers, and you have a genuine interest in continuous improvement and process development.
You see challenges and opportunities instead of obstacles.
As a Contract Administrator, you have the customers in focus.
The major part of Boliden's customers are located in Northern Europe and therefore you must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish, and knowledge in other languages such as Finnish, German or French is a plus.
Additional information
This is a temporary position as a substitute for one of our colleagues. The temporary position starts asap and ends no later than August 31st 2022.
