The position is based in our ambitious, growing and dynamic Fiedler & Lundgren factory in Malmo, Sweden, which is the lead factory in Europe for production of Snus and Nicotine Pouches (without tobacco).
As Continuous Improvment Manager, you will focus on driving improvement initiatives within the production function delivering process / efficiency / cost improvements and support Line structures in communication of production performance and glide path to address loses and opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Support Line structures in giving visibility to key priorities and plans to support improved KPI delivery in
line with IWS methodology
Assist in data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and work with the team to deliver
improvement projects and plans
Take ownership for monthly dashboards ensuring up to date data is available
Drive waste analysis and reduction workstream
Provide clear directions and act with a coaching mentality towards production teams encouraging
them to propose ideas and initiatives to drive KPI improvements
Effectively communicate plans and priorities and support teams in delivering key improvements
Identify opportunities for cost savings and facilitate work streams to deliver cost reduction
Look for opportunities to identify gaps in current procedures and improve accordingly
Involve team members in improvement work streams, effectively delegating and reviewing progress
Actively seek to coach and develop high potential team members in the opportunities available to drive
improvement
Requirements:
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Excellent computer skills. Highly proficient in word, excel and power point.
• Highly organized and time efficient.
• Innovative with the ability to challenge the status quo and offer alternative solutions.
• Takes a methodical approach to planning and decision making.
• Act as an owner with focus on delivery of key KPI metrics.
• Focus on knowledge sharing and constantly working to improve systems and procedures.
• Lead improvement initiatives, delivering stretch results
• Have a service minded approach to planning and prioritization.
