Continuous Improvement at Electrolux is one of our top strategic drivers to help deliver outstanding consumer experiences, accelerate overall business improvements and cultural change enabled through Lean & Agile methodologies across the organization.
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who can drive the Continuous Improvement agenda across Group IT.
A regular day at work
As Continuous Improvement Manager in IT, preferably based at our Stockholm HQ, you will work with leaders, teams, and ambassadors to:
• Identify, plan, facilitate and coordinate high impact improvement initiatives on various topics.
• Coach and support ambassadors in driving and executing CI initiatives.
• Build Continuous Improvement capabilities of employees in IT through running trainings and sharing success stories.
• Drive the CI certification program as part of capability building.
• Lead the planning and performance tracking of CI initiatives and overall footprint in Group IT.
• Work closely with stakeholders to innovate, promote, and share CI best practices.
You

Education & Experience
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience after graduation
• Knowledge & understanding of problem-solving approaches based on Lean / Six-Sigma / Agile /Design Thinking
• Experience of leading/driving people engagement
• Strong project/process management and change management skills
• Experience in portfolio and resource planning
• Experience in remote management & virtual collaboration
• Experience in working in diverse, multinational environment
• Experience of leading and coaching others
• Previous experience in commercial/front-end roles in medium to large company or experience in a consulting firm and/or internal consulting unit of a large company would be beneficial
• Required: English (additional European language is considered a plus)
