In this position you write copy for various mediums, to present our products to customers (and potential customers) to improve sales.
Position in Laird
You will be a part of our Global marketing team. You will focus on our Thermal Systems business, and other parts of our WTS business unit. You will work closely with our Sales and R&D teams.
Main tasks
• Create the best possible product presentation using multiple communication mediums (online, Offline, manuals, news releases etc)
• Read/analyze technical information for each new product, and any existing products, for presentation
• Adjust all products and other copy to meet the needs of customers, marketing and management.
• Read and maintain a library of current reference materials
• Consider laws governing copy such as registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin and material construction

Education
We would like to see that you have a Bachelor degree in English, Journalism, marketing or other relevant field.
Experience
You bring 3-5 years of writing experience in advertising, preferably in online content. Experience with publishing and graphic design programs, for instance Adobe creative Suite and Photoshop, and basic HTML knowledge is a big plus.
