Group Communications is an important part of this journey, working closely with central stakeholders, responsible for driving internal and external communication on a group level. We act from both a strategic as well as operational perspective and deliver value to the business through an advisory role and by creating great engaging content that will take us steps closer to our vision "Connecting Europe for a sustainable future".
What will you do?
As a Content & Communications Specialist you will contribute to telling our story and explain our exciting way forward to internal and external audiences. It is your mission to tell stories that will strengthen our brand as well as culture and translate our strategy in to a journey our employees want to join. You will work with our existing communication channels and help us develop new ways of communicating.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Manage our editorial planning for internal and external group channels as well as supporting the business with content connected to our strategic areas, i.e Digitalization, Sustainability and Customer Focus
• Develop communication plans as well as managing projects
• Proactively identifying stories throughout the company
• Plan and produce content and make sure we use it and distribute it in an efficient way
• Make sure we maintain a simple but clear message and put the customer and our employees in focus while telling our story
Who are you?
We're looking for a creative and positive person who really knows how to tell a story in as many channels as possible, offline and online. You probably have both some work experience and a university degree or similar. You have experience in planning and leading communication activities as well as creating content for different target groups. A keen interest for communication is a must, and as a person you are proactive, self-driven and likes to work both on an operational as well as strategic level.
To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in English, and have knowledge in Microsoft Office (you will be a hero if you have epic PowerPoint/presentation skills and know how to create great infographics).
Most important is that you love what you do and that you are good at it.
Interested?
This is a fulltime, permanent position and you will be based at our headquarters in Gothenburg. Travelling our network occasionally is part of the role. Interviews will be held continuously.
