Group Communications is a part of People & Communications and we are responsible for driving internal and external communication on a group level. Our strength is that we act from both a strategic as well as operational perspective and deliver value to the business through an advisory role and by creating great content!
What will you do?
As a Content & Communications Specialist you will contribute to telling our story and explain our exciting way forward to internal and external audiences, with a special attention to developing our arena for internal communication. It is your mission to develop our internal communication platform in line with our strategy using new digital solutions and taking them to the next level.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Manage our internal communication channels and lead the development for new internal digital channels
• Develop communication plans for internal and external communication
• Plan and produce content in line with our strategy
• Develop content for internal and external communication by proactively identifying relevant stories throughout the network
Who are you?
We're looking for a creative, innovative person who can see into the future and be a strategic improviser when it comes to communication. With 3-5 years of relevant work experience and a university degree, you are used to creating all types of content, such as text, films and photo. You have a solid understanding of communication and branding with experience in planning and leading communication activities as well as creating content for different target groups. A keen interest for digital communication is a must, and as a person you are proactive, self-driven and likes to work both on an operational as well as strategic level.
To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and experience from web publishing tools. It's meritorious if you have focused on internal communication in the past and have knowledge from Sharepoint.
