We are now looking for a Content Manager in the Marketing & Digital Experience department!
Description
As we are increasing our external presence, you will play a key role in our digital journey.
You will frequently generate, moderate, and analyze content in our global social media accounts (excluding China), as well as manage distribution and develop and optimize our digital and social media presence and strategy. You will also be a part of the core content team in planning for ongoing communication in an omni-channel perspective. Participate in agile daily meetings at the marketing department.
We seek creative thinking, and a person in this role should not be afraid of breaking the conventional rules. We see social media as our main communication channels where we initiate and develop the dialogue with our existing and future brand ambassadors.
We believe you have experience working with content production and have good communication skills. Social media marketing experience is a plus. You have solid knowledge of how social media channels work and how to optimize content so that it is engaging. You are positive and outgoing with a collaborative mindset.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Preferably a university degree in communication or related subject,
- Work experience within relevant area of social media and communication,
- Master English and Swedish, both spoken and written
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- To have customer focus with a creative approach,
- Have solid knowledge of global social media platforms and management tools.
- Analytic thinker
- Be solution-oriented, active and open minded,
- Be a good team player,
- Have crisp writing skills in Swedish and English,
- Be proactive and have a passion for communication.

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
