We are looking for three motivated and curious persons to join us as trainees in our Consumer division. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
About the trainee program
Our Telenor Consumer Trainee program is a new opportunity within the Telenor Sweden organization, offering a unique opportunity to combine strategic initiatives and theoretical learnings. You will be working with top management and be involved in Telenor 's strategic direction & transformation. We offer you an exciting year within a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to build specialist competence from day one.
We are offering three positions within different areas:
Business Management Trainee: Our Business Management team is responsible to develop and price our consumer offerings. Within this role, you will build deep insights into our consumer portfolio and tools to increase sales and customer value.
Strategy & Operations Trainee: The Consumer Strategy & Operations team leads and secures the development, implementation, and execution of the Consumer strategy. Within this role, you will build a large network across the division and develop strong project management skills.
Market Management Trainee: The Brand & Go-to-Market team is responsible for Telenor's brand strategy and joint Go-to-Market plans, such as annual market plans. Within this role, you will build a deep understanding and competence of end-to-end processes from developing a new offering to securing a successful launch in our different channels.
As a Trainee, you will report to a member of the Consumer Management Team (CMT) and work tightly with your leader as well as their teams of specialists. By combining your daily work with trainings in relevant subjects, you will build a solid foundation to succeed within Telenor as well as grow as a professional.
During the program, you will have the opportunity to build a strong network throughout the organization from Store Managers to our CXOs, as well as become a member of Telenor Sweden's community of ex-trainees. For the right person, the trainee program will open great opportunities within Telenor Group.

* Maximum two years of work experience (after graduation)
* Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
