We are now looking for a Consultant Manager with a passion for developing people.
As Consultant Manager you will have the responsibility to lead and develop a Project Manager consulting group. You will support the Volvo Group by providing professional services - built on a unique combination of Volvo business knowledge and IT competence. Your Project Managers will act as Chief Project Managers and as IT Project Managers in Process & IT Projects throughout the whole Volvo Group. You will also drive change initiatives to further develop Group IT.

Wanted Profile
As a manager you need to have the ability to create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You will have to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. It is important that you have an innovative and creative mind-set in order to inspire and challenge your organization. A strong quality focus and a personal drive is also important to reach the objectives and targets set for your group, understanding how these contributes to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.
Required Competencies
• Genuine interest and proven experience in developing and coaching people
• Strong experience from IT consulting & project management
• Solid experience from working in an IT delivery organization
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proven capacity to execute against set targets
• Ability to, in an inspiring way, communicate vision, strategy and objectives
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other equivalent education
