Our customer's order is transported directly to the construction site from our in-house production facility and installed by HKF Nordic's trained professionals. HKF Nordic provides not only prefabricated products but also delivers a complete solution from the beginning to the end of our customer's projects. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage our projects in Europe.
Your responsibilities:
• Develop initial project plan and schedule.
• Managing the project team (10-20 people).
• Forecast and mitigate project risks.
• Create and maintain healthy working environment.
• Manage expectations of clients (reporting, communication, quality assurance).
• Comprehensive quality control.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Company Directors.
• Hands-on work at the construction site is expected and required.
• Daily construction diary or report is a must and required.
Position requirements:
You are expected to have minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field, including several years of managing responsibilities. You must be familiar with various construction methods. Having electrical or plumbing licenses is an advantage. Experience in construction bathrooms in Nordic countries is a plus. You have to be fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages is beneficial with Russian being of a particular interest. You should be able to work in cross-cultural environment, have leadership qualities and diplomatic skills.

Additional details:
• You will be stationary positioned in Nordic Countries.
• The employment assumes domestic and international travel, depending on the location of a project.
• Overtime may be required in order to meet the project deadlines.
• Daily construction and project management duties are usually carried out at a jobsite.
