We currently have the following job opening;
Connectivity Solution Architect
In the role as Connectivity Solution Architect you will be responsible for defining end2end solutions for the new Connectivity services that will make Lynk&Co a unique brand for the connected car ecosystem.
This includes defining the overall architecture and distribution of the service over vehicle, cloud, mobile and third party service providers, and the interaction between all actors. You plan the management and use of the service throughout the lifecycle and define all integrations and support systems needed. Consideration needs to be taken to already existing solutions and to cost and timing feasibility. Your primary deliveries will consist of overall solution architecture, use cases and interaction diagrams as input to implementations projects, through which you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a working solution. You will be a part of CEVT's Infotainment & Driver Information Module Team within R&D, and report to our module team director. You will be working in close cooperation with business as well as function & system responsible and component owners. You will work in a global organization, with regular contact with Asia, mainly China.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Work together with the business to define to requirements for new services.
• Define use cases for the new service, including full lifecycle management.
• Define the architecture, interaction and integrations needed, as well as requirements for support systems.
• Define any sourcing requirements towards suppliers.
• Support the implementation project to successful launch of service, and handover to operations.
• Based on experience propose new technologies and innovations to be introduced.
• Solutions will be developed in close cooperation with business requirements owner, functions owners, system responsible, test engineers, SW responsible and suppliers.
Requirements

You have a big interest and curiosity in other cultures and diversity
• M.Sc. Computer Science or similar.
• Vast experience of mobile and/or cloud based service development and management.
• Vast experience of requirements analyzes, service design and solution architecture.
• Solid experience of system integration.
• Experience of e-service provider industry.
• Experience of automotive industry.
• Experience of mobile app development.
• Experience of in-vehicle-infotainment system development is an advantage.
Additional information
• Each individual in our team has a high level of initiative, drive, responsibility & also mandate, and is expected to work autonomously.
• Travels to China will be needed (approx. 3-5 per year).
