• Being a key player capable of taking leadership in Configuration Management.
• Ensure the branching process and strategy are effective.
• Ensure daily and nightly builds are working properly.
• Maintain and create build jobs in Jenkins.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed about builds via build mails, visualization on monitors etc.
• Order and manage build servers.
• Maintain and improve build scripts.
• Global collaboration with development teams and managers in Stockholm as well as with colleagues in Bangalore, India.
Education & Experience Necessary For Success
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree within relevant field.
• Programming background (to be able to do hands-on improvements).
• Good experience in Python or similar scripting languages, Git, Jenkins, Jira, Linux/Unix.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility
• Very structured and organized as well as interested in process improvements.
• English, written and spoken
