We are now looking for a Configuration Expert/IT Analyst either to Oslo, Stockholm or Helsinki, who understands and can deliver on IT and business challenges and turn them into customer-centric digital experiences.

About our team
Meet the Nordea Finance Digital Services team. Our role is to drive cross business line initiatives and configuration management in selected core systems.
Our team isthe one that drives IT development initiatives across Nordea Finance and drives configuration management in selected core systems. We are located in Finland, Norway and Sweden. We are at the moment 7 people in the team. The team is organized under IT. We are looking for a a person who can drive the configuration of one of our core backend systems (ALFA).

This is the right role for you if you are someone who would like to work in a scrum team to develop IT solutions. You enjoy to collaborate with colleagues to achieve a common goal. You need to have a good technical knowledge on how software is developed and you should have an analyst profile that likes to dig into details.
Your background and skills include:
* 3-5 years of experience in finance industry
* Understanding of business requirements and translating them to IT targets
* Team oriented person with strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle routines
* Capability to improve our configuration management and help other stakeholders
* Experience in business development and working with Agile Methodologies
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science
Additional background and/or skillset, that are beneficial in this role:
* Good understanding of our the Nordea Finance IT landscape

During onboarding, you will receive support from other configuration experts and project managers.
