Do you have a passion for fashion, styling and sales, and are up for a new challenge? We are now looking for a Concept Store Manager to our new Flagship store in Stockholm.
The Role:
Our Concept Store Managers are the experts when it comes to our Customer. They know what their customer wants in their market place and set the standard by being a Role Model to the store team. They work with the team, products and Visual team to create a great environment for our customers to shop.
To fit the role:
Genuine love for the Gina Tricot Brand witha knowledge and sense of fashion. The energy and confidence to organize, lead and support your team in order to drive sales and reach goals on a daily basis. Showing passion, enthusiasm and pace everyday at work. Love driving sales, ensuring that everycustomer is ableto purchase the item they wanted either in store, or online. A positive leader and team player that always willsupport your colleagues. Being a fashion role mode and a role model for your team. A desire to always improve and asking for support from our Area Manager.
Requirements:
• Leadership and experience in a retail fashion environment.
• Love our brand, fashion and people.
• Knowing the customer and being an expert in creating a positive shopping experience in the store.
• Awareness of competitors and market activity, both in local area and on a global scale, usingthis knowledge to challenge the customer offers in store.
• Passion for customer service, ensuring that the customer remains at the forefront of everythingthat the team do.
• Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to react quickly to changing situations and delivering at pace.
• Strong communication skills to communicate key information tostore teams.
• Willingness to work late nights and early starts when required.
