hela Sverige We are seeking an exceptional and driven person who will run the building that houses The Factory, in Sollentuna. This job is under the sphere of Wellstreet, an innovation and tech ecosystem that includes an investment company, a strategic consultancy firm and a venture building incubator and that now is opening this hub, together with Centria and Sollentuna Kommun. The position is a significant role connecting Centria and Wellstreet and it aims to build a strong relationship, establish and deliver a valuable performance. The person on this role will make sure that the concept of The Factory is kept in a high-quality level, that it develops and reaches the community, by organising and coordinating administrative duties, office procedures and event management. The Head of Concept will represent the amazing, innovative, young and bold face that Wellstreet wants to convey to the Swedish business area, integrating startups and bigger companies. What you will do:
Administrative / Office:
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of building operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Control of budget and contracts with the various companies that will rent offices.
- Responsible for dealing with the building's budget and contracts (cleaning, technical issues, insurances, shuttle buses, etc)
- Assisting with the opening of new offices
- Crisis Management Coordinator
- Be the point of contact for landlord, security and suppliers
Event Management:
- Plan, execute and deliver one-of-a-kind The Factory branded events to promote the house and the ecosystem
- Get in touch and arrange what is necessary with service providers and sponsors
- Developing partnership events
- Managing external requests to hold events in the premises, organizing and delivering what is agreed on.
- Administrating event staff, food, drinks and technical equipment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Magnetic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Prior experience working in with events and office management
