We are looking for a Component Owner / Project Manager Engineering for Fuel Cell, to be part of the Sourced Power Systems team, a department within Sustainable Power Systems organization right now.
With a product lifecycle mind-set, you will drive and secure deliveries in ongoing initiatives for advanced engineering program, new product development and product improvements.
As a Component Owner Fuel Cell, you will be one of the main players in these initiatives, ensuring customer expectations. This is critical to ensure that our products get right quality, reliability uptime and cost.

We are in a transition phase into new sustainable technologies, this role is giving you the opportunity to be a leader within the team working on these changes and prepare you for the next step in your career growth. It will offer you technical challenges as well as organizational challenges as the Fuel Cell structure with 'cellcentric' (our joint venture) and the Fuel Cell organization at Trucks and Penta is under construction.
Who Are You?
You are a true team player who also can work individually and represent the team. You have a natural understanding of the customer needs. You are a solution-oriented person with the ability to see the bigger picture. You want to lead the cross-functional engineering team to integrate the fuel cell component and to develop the overall system needed for our machines. You have experience from system engineering, preferably related to battery electric vehicle, fuel cell or internal combustion engines and about project engineering management. What you don't know today, you are eager and willing to learn.
To be successful in this role you need to:
Be a good communicator,
Have the ability to work cross functional and in multicultural teams.
Be fluent in English, however Swedish and/or German is an advantage but not necessary.
Good To Have
A devoted engineer, M.Sc or B.Sc, with more than 5 years of experience in related area and a couple of year of project management. You are used to work as a part of a team, responsible for yours and your project team deliveries. Challenges, unknown and unplanned, you see as opportunities and you also enjoy working together with people. With these attributes, we believe you might be the next player in our great team!
