Our main focus is placed on leasing of pilots. This is a dynamic market and our work is closely interlinked with compliance, employment law, human resources, and payroll solutions. We are now looking to recruit an Compliance & Recruitment Consultant full-time in our office (close to Odenplan in Stockholm). You can find more information about our company on our website:
www.rishworthaviation.comWe are looking for a person who is organized, efficient, independent and flexible. The work consists of compliance work where we do thorough background checks and verifying documents of the pilots we recruit. Much focus is put on reviewing and checking pilot compliance files. It involves working with airlines, pilots as well as public authorities in various countries. The role is hands on and the person needs to be able to work to deadlines, and be able to cut through the issues and have a high level of focus, especially at peak workloads.
We are looking for a person that we believe have the following:
• A few years relevant work experience within legal, compliance or HR
• University degree, preferably in law or HR with knowledge in labor law
• Experience from recruitment is an advantage
• Fluent English speaker - Swedish is not a requirement
• Competent in using Microsoft Office and Google Apps
• Understanding of what it takes to deliver a high level of service internally and to our clients and crews
• Project and task management
• Planning and organisation
• Should be good at gathering information
• Willingness to learn, explore, and keep an open mind
• Available to work full-time
We are a team of ten people based in the central part of Stockholm.
The head office is based in New Zealand with approximately 40 people which we work closely with on a daily basis.
