Responsibility's/ main task:
Responsible for managing, coordinating, reviewing and resolving overall
handover/completion/as-built matters on the project
Work tasks:
Overall responsibility for all handover/completion/as-built activates across the project.
Creation and review of handover/completion/as-built procedures.
Ensure handover/completion/as-built structure and organization is set.
Ensure handover/completion/as-built philosophy is followed and implemented in the
Project.
Ensure necessary stakeholders receives necessary handover/completion/as-built
information to finalize their tasks (design consultants receives mark-ups from production,
documentation from subcontractors is gathered, delivery plan is in place).
Ensure deliverables required to be submitted by design consultants, quality department,
production department are provided in a timely, safe, efficient and high-quality manner.
Coordinate handover/completion/as-built information between internal/external
stakeholders, design consultants, production management, quality management, Client.
Manage and coordinate handover/completion/as-built delivery plan.
Ensure schedule of delivery plan is being followed and dates are communicated to the
relevant stakeholders and to the Client.
Ensure compliance with the Swedish Transport Administration's requirements.
Ability to communicate the intent independently when necessary.
Review as-built documentation, collect and provide mark-ups to consultants.
Requirements:
A relevant university degree is required (engineering, construction)
Has participated in large-scale construction projects with considerable multidisciplinary
complexity
• 5 years of experience from role with similar challenges
Experience from Swedish construction sites is preferred
Experience from Trafikverket projects is preferred
Experience of site based engineering roles
Experience with Trafikverket platforms (PDB, IDA, Chaos, Batman etc) is a plus
Personality traits:
Excellent Swedish and English written and oral skills.
Must have worked in multi-cultural environment.
Highly organized, results-driven and solution oriented.
Proactive in solving problems of all different kind.
Anticipate to avoid schedule tie.
Has a "can do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Passionate and purpose driven.
