Who we are
Global Compensation & Benefits is a vital part of delivering on our People strategy in order to bring out the best in everyone. As specialists in People Experience we are curious about development in all HR areas as well as being on top of the business challenges with a purpose to co-create solutions and support our global organization with expertise in their local needs. The changing environment has also had impact on how we collaborate and we now apply agile work methods including work in scrum teams.

What you 'll do
Change is the new normal - creating new demands on leadership and continues development requirements on support and governance structures. To strengthen our ability to support that direction we are strengthening or Compensation team with a Compensation Specialist to be part of our product team as an important and appreciated team member.
Our product team is responsible for everything from Global Reward directives, Global incentive schemes, Pension and Insurance strategy as well as C&B practices in Sweden.
To be successful we believe that you will drive results by building trust and collaborate with team members across the PX and business functions.
If you are looking to develop yourself and believe that how we reward our employees is an important tool to facilitate change the opportunity is here to for you to grab!

You and your skills
* Bachelor in either Human Resources or Finance
* Experience from working with operational and structural Compensation& Benefits topics
Experience from using multiple market data providers as well as manage relationships with market data suppliers

Meritorious
* Experience in project management
* Experience from Success factors "Compensation modul"
* Experience from working with C&B topics in multiple countries
