Candidates must be self-driven, tech-savvy professionals with experience in community growth and retention. Ultimately, your goal of providing great customer satisfaction will attract new members and lead to the growth of the community while enhancing the experience of our network.
Duties include:
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager for Global Innovation Studios, encourage and develop the use of the GIS hub by community members
Coordinate with the Communications Manager on community events and initiatives
Maintain a service-forward mindset while keeping company sales goals at the forefront
Respond to members in a timely manner
Monitor, track, and report on feedback and activity
Requirements:
Experience as a community manager or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with social media
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
