Description: BizzGrid AB produces educational and networking business events in Scandinavia. An essential part of every project is direct communication with the potential attendees. Qualified contacts have to be called and invited to the events hosted by BizzGrid.
Responsibilities: At the beginning of the project you will be briefed, provided with a phone, list of contacts, verbal invitation template and trained on specific calling techniques (2 h training). Your ultimate goal as Community Manager is to confirm min. 20 participants for one event. Your regular responsibilities are to
Call and invite specific contacts to attend specific events.
Qualify the list of contacts, mark the status of called contacts in the CRM as positive or negative, add their comments and update the contacts if necessary.
Notify confirmed participants with a registration email.
Weekly report to the project leader on your performance
Requirements:
Fluent English and solid Swedish
Excellent verbal communication skills
No fear to call / previous calling experience
Pay: You get paid per every confirmed contact upon the completion of the project.
